Graduated from the University of Wrocław, MA, advocate since 1987.
Specialized in legal services for large investment projects co-financed by the European Union (Phare, Cohesion Fund) and Regional Operational Programs, CUPT and TEN-T, especially under the FIDIC contract rules. Serves contracts financed by the World Bank in Poland. He has experience in ICC arbitration in Paris, is an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court of the Northern Chamber of Commerce in Szczecin and the SIDIR Arbitration Court in Warsaw.

He was a legal adviser to the Urban Investment Department of the City of Szczecin regarding the handling of contracts co-financed by the European Union, among others Construction of the Szczecin Philharmonic (worth PLN 122 million), construction of the Yacht Port in Szczecin (PLN 50 million), construction of Szczecin’s Fast Tram (PLN 188 million), reconstruction of the Potulicka Street and repair of ul. Narutowicza about 1.3 km (including the reconstruction of tram track and tram traction) value of about 18 million. PLN) and others.
All these contracts were concluded on the basis of public procurement law or specifics law on the construction of the LNG Port in Świnoujście, the majority of which was co-financed by the European Union. He assisted clients in the settlement of fund payments, took part in proceedings initiated by the Implementing Institutions (Funding Agencies) or Intermediaries, prepared the follow-up documentation, including appeals for breaches of project settlements and correspondence with the EU institutions.
For many years, he has also provided legal services for executive companies in the field of construction contracts and renovation services, particularly in the field of water and wastewater management, including the leading company in the industry of Per Aarsleff Polska.
He leads a number of court cases and at the stage of arbitration on behalf of entrepreneurs of all sizes.
Currently and formerly a member of supervisory boards of commercial law companies, including a company of State Treasury and a stock company.
He is a member – an independent consultant engineer of SIDIR, the only Polish affiliate affiliated with FIDIC.
Fluent in English. Since 2002 he is the Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Denmark in Szczecin, awarded the highest medal of Denmark by the Queen of Denmark.
